“I’m In The Wedding” migrates from OpenCart to Shopify
I’m In The Wedding is a great business with a unique product and a great example of an OpenCart to Shopify migration and replatforming. This site allows the customer to create a beautiful customized book for either the Ring Bearer or Flower Girl at a wedding. The original OpenCart site had a wider set of products, but the new site was created in Shopify for just these successful book products.
The Shopify site was created by Creative Intelligence using all the same artwork as the OpenCart site, but with a simplified and modern touch.
Creative Intelligence implemented all the additional configurable fields in Shopify so that the customer can choose the character likeness and enter all child and relations names before completing the purchase. The book configuration process includes extra fees for additional customization, and also the ability for the customer to upload a specific image and message if that option is chosen.
